By browsing www.leaflines.com (the “Website”), purchasing our artwork, or interacting
with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy
Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Order Eligibility & Future Transactional Capability
Everyone is welcome to browse our Website and enjoy our custom artwork. However, if
you place an order or make a purchase through our Website (either now or when online
store features are enabled), you must be **at least 18 years old**, or have the explicit
permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use the
payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate. We reserve the
right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion due to material unavailability or
pricing errors.
If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person, you are responsible for
ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that the recipient is aware of

Each Leaf Lines piece is individually handmade. Because natural leaves vary in size,
shape, color, texture, and vein structure, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
These natural characteristics are a beautiful part of organic art and are not considered
product defects.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing,
and other information displayed on the Website are accurate. However, product images
are provided for illustrative purposes and may not exactly reflect the product you
receive. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and
your device, monitor or display settings.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to products, packaging, or
presentation where necessary.
If a particular item included in an order becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item
of equal or greater value when reasonably appropriate.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We do not guarantee that a particular product will remain available at all times.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you
regarding available alternatives or cancel the affected portion of your order and issue an
appropriate refund.
6. Orders
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the
selected products.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Leaf Lines has accepted the
order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate
business reasons.

If a significant pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where
appropriate, cancel an affected order.
Payments are processed securely through Square & Helcim.
By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to
process the transaction.
We do not intentionally store complete payment card information on our own systems.
Payment information is processed by Square or Helcim in accordance with its
applicable terms and privacy practices.
8. Custom Artwork and Special Orders
We take great pride in creating unique, custom artwork using real leaves. Because each
custom piece is handcrafted specifically for you, the following terms apply to all custom
or personalized orders placed through our website:
Production Timeline: Custom artwork requires additional production and processing
time beyond our standard items. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of your
order or inquiry.
Design Approval: Before production begins, you may be required to review and
approve specific design elements. This may include size, frame color, leaf selection,
layout, or other custom specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are
correct before giving approval.
Natural Variations: Because we work with organic materials, natural variations in leaf
color, shape, size, and texture are a normal and unique part of the artwork. These
natural characteristics are not considered product defects.
Cancellations and Refunds: Once production of a custom piece has begun, the order
cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Returns and Exchanges: Because custom artwork is made specifically to your unique
specifications, custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes and other charges may be added to your order where required
by law.
The amount of any applicable taxes will generally be calculated and displayed during
checkout.
10. Gift Messages
Customers may have the option to include a personalized message with an order.
Gift messages must not contain content that is:
* Offensive;
* Threatening;
* Hateful;
* Discriminatory;
* Harassing;
* Abusive;
* Defamatory;
* Unlawful; or
* Otherwise inappropriate.
Leaf Lines reserves the right to refuse, edit, remove, or decline to fulfill a gift message

11. Shipping
Leaf Lines ships **within the United States only**.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at
checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural
disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or other
events outside our reasonable control.
Any delivery dates or shipping estimates displayed on the Website are estimates only
and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be
outside our control.
12. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing an
order.
If an order is shipped to an address incorrectly provided by the customer, Leaf Lines
may be unable to recover or redirect the package.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable
address, we may contact the customer regarding available options.
Any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping may be the responsibility of the
customer where permitted by applicable law.
13. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the applicable shipping carrier, Leaf Lines is not
responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement occurring after delivery.
If you believe a package has been lost or incorrectly marked as delivered, you should
first contact the applicable shipping carrier and verify the delivery location.
We may assist with carrier inquiries where reasonably possible, but we cannot
guarantee recovery or replacement of packages that the carrier records as delivered.
14. Returns and Refunds
14.1 Return Period
We do not accept returns. A customer can exchange a product within fourteen (14)
days of placing the order.
14.2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within

* Photographs of the product;
* Photographs of the packaging; and
* A photograph of the shipping label.
Providing photographs helps us assess the condition of the shipment and, where
appropriate, submit a claim to the shipping carrier.
